Ritual #1 - Ground and place yourself in a safe place. Work with one fear at a time. Visualize this fear, and as you see and feel it, place a drop of oil where you feel the most pain. As the oil touches your skin, visualize this fear changing, becoming a pattern that resonates with you in a positive manner.You may place a drop of oil onto the throat chakra, on the back of the neck (C-7), on the liver area, or on the soles of the feet. And especially where you feel the pain of fear.

Work with one fear at a time, and visualize your fear as a ball of grey smoke, gently being lifted out of your body and out of your aura into the atmosphere. There it will dissipate into the universe, to be transmuted into positive energy. Fill the empty space with light and love.
