Angela teaches massage techniques for couples to implement in their daily lives to relieve stress and tension for themselves and their family. These are simple hands-on techniques, and are taught in a group atmosphere or
with individual couples.

| Aromatherapy The Basics

(oils, bottles, literature)

This is a very basic introduction to aromatherapy, familiarizing you with the different scents, their uses and basic safety precautions, and how to make a simple blend for yourself for use in massage.
